NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of The Barristers’ Benevolent Association Ltd will be held at Wilberforce Chambers, 8 New Square, Lincoln’s Inn, WC2A 3QP on Tuesday 9th November 2010 at 5pm.
RESOLUTIONS
1. That the Minutes of the Annual Meeting held on 10th November
2009 be taken as read and confirmed.
2. To receive and adopt the Statement of Accounts and the Report of the auditors.
3. To confirm the Directors of the Association (who are Trustees of the Charity) for the coming year.
4. To authorise the Directors to select and appoint auditors and to
agree their fee.
5. Chairman’s Report.
6. To receive and approve the Report of the Board.
7. To request that the thanks of the meeting be given to Wilberforce
Chambers for the use of the room in which to hold this Annual Meeting.
